Online Ordering for Pick-up: Grand Haven
Thank you for using our online form to make your order for curbside pick-up!
Here’s how it works:
- Place your order with the below form.
- We’ll do your shopping for you.
- Once your order is complete:
- If you indicated you would like to pay by phone, we will call you when your order is complete to take payment and confirm pick-up.
- If you indicated you would like to pay in store, we will email or call you when your order is complete with the amount of your order. We may call you if we need to settle on a day/time for pick-up other than what you requested in the form.
- When you arrive at the store:
- Call us at (616) 846-3026
- Give the last name on the order and what vehicle you're in.
- We’ll come out to your car to deliver your order and take payment if necessary.
Please read the following to help make your experience as smooth as possible.
Orders will be processed in the sequence they are received.
- 24-hour notice for pick-up time is preferable though we will do our best to accommodate shorter time frames within reason.
- Same day pick-up is not guaranteed.
- Pick-up times are weekdays 11am until 7pm. Sunday 12pm-4pm.
Order will only be emailed once the 'Send' button at the bottom of the form is clicked and you receive the message "Your order has been sent! Thank you for placing your online order!"
Fill in all required information on the form.
- If you know specific brands, sizes, etc., that is great! If not, we can make the best choices for you based on your request.
- For members, please refer to the monthly specials flier for monthly deals. If you opt for us to choose the closest option for you, we will try to get you the best savings!
- We reserve the right to limit high demand items based on supply and inventory levels. This may include packaged flour, sugar, certain supplements, and more.
- The 30 item limit on the form means 30 distinct items. Example: 1 case of spaghetti noodles is one item, 1 bag of spaghetti and 1 bag of elbow noodles is two items.
We do not currently have a mandatory fee for pick-up service. In the option below you may choose to help offset our cost of putting together online orders for pick-up service. Donations are greatly appreciated!
