Here's how to make a delicious and revivifying drink at home with bulk ingredients.
- Boil about a quart of water
- Chop up baby carrot size pieces Turmeric and Ginger roots
- Add chopped root (or 1-2tsps of powdered roots), about 3 pieces of Star Anise, a Cinnamon Stick (or 1 tsp cinnamon powder) to the water
- Once it hits a boil, bring it down to a simmer and let it go for at least 20 minutes.
- Put Honey (to your preference) and fresh squeezed lemon juice into a mug.
- Pour some of the brew through a strainer into your mug.
- Repeat 5 and 6 while you have the brew available!
